Team OpenKirin aims to provide custom ROMs for Huawei phones with Kirin SoCs. Team member and XDA Recognized Contributor surdu_petru has just released Resurrection Remix OS for three devices.
The ROM is available for the Honor 8, Huawei P9 and Huawei P8 Lite. The first two devices use a stock kernel and users should not face many issues. The Huawei P8 Lite’s todo list is a bit longer, as the ROM is still in beta state. If you have one of these devices, give Resurrection Remix 5.8.3 a try!
